The farmhouse itself consists of a well equipped and modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, micro-wave, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, food processor, toaster, gas hob unit and fan assisted electric oven. It has tiled work surfaces and plenty of kitchen utensils, exposed beams and a big stone fireplace (non- functional) with ceramic tiled floor. A large farmhouse table for cosy family meals and a French door leading out to the terrace area, gardens and of course to the pool. The entrance hallway with staircase to the children’s bedroom upstairs with two single beds and the den (the library/ games area) which has two further single beds for extras and a cot.

Back downstairs, full bathroom (bath & shower fitment with a glazed screen, washbasin and wc, washing machine. A pretty lounge with comfortable suite, exposed beams, tiled floor, open fireplace with wood burning stove + and a colour TV.

Out of the lounge into the second and principal entrance hall with separate wc and main staircase. First floor:- Double bedroom with two double beds, wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers. Separate shower room with a glazed shower unit and a washbasin. One double bedroom downstairs next to the entrance hall allows for elderly or slightly handicapped guests, wardrobe and chest of drawers, writing table and chairs. There are also two telephones at the farmhouse to receive incoming calls worldwide but restricted local calls only going out.
